What is the legacy of Said Nursi on modern Islam? Come and hear Turkish scholars Faris Kaya from The Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture; Prof. Said Ozervarli of Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul; as well as Zeyneb Salim, a PhD candidate in the department of theology at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.; and Prof. Thomas Michel, S.J., who studied Arabic in Lebanon and Egypt and received his PhD in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Chicago.
